Based closely on the film with Bob Hope (which was in
turn a film of a stage play).
The story of Wally, the wisecracking hero, as he struggles with mysterious
panels and creaking doors in an old swamp ringed mansion, has as many jokes
as thrills.
The reading of the will, the loony old relatives. the beautiful heroine and
the alligators all conspire to give this play a rapid and eventful
storyline, complete with 'The Cat'- the escaped killer.
